ShortsFactory helps creators prepare approved video content, review publication settings, and publish media to explicitly connected social-media destinations.
It is a locally operated, private Windows application. YouTube is one integration in a broader creator workflow.

YouTube integration
Your channel. Your approval.
Connect a Google/YouTube account explicitly. ShortsFactory identifies and displays the exact authorized channel, including its title, handle when available, and channel ID.

- UploadUpload with the YouTube Data API and reconcile processing and visibility.
Currently private uploads only. While the Google/YouTube API project awaits approval, public and unlisted publishing and scheduling remain disabled by application policy.
Locally operated
OAuth credentials and resumable-session secrets are stored in Windows Credential Manager. The application database and its owned backups use a dedicated per-user Windows application-data directory with checked access permissions.
Creator-controlled publishing
YouTube Direct requires affirmative Privacy Policy and Terms acceptance. Every publishing action requires a user-controlled plan, metadata review and preflight, approval, and explicit final confirmation. Only publish media you own or are authorized to publish.
